Proxy Store Terms & Conditions Update (Sept 2026)

Dear Ontact Users,

The Proxy Store is getting a makeover! Our team has been working behind the scenes to improve your experience in every way, starting this Tuesday (2026.09.08) with the addition of direct shipping.

You'll now be able to request shipping for your Proxy Store orders directly at checkout, no more navigating the full warehouse shipping request process, a change we think will benefit many of you.

If you're a warehouse user, don't worry: you can still send your Proxy Store orders to your warehouse. Simply select "Send to Warehouse" at checkout, no need to add our address or space code. Our system will take care of the rest.

To support this new feature, we've added Article 17 to our Terms & conditions, covering Direct Shipping. Here's a quick summary:

• Adding items: Items can't be added to an existing order, please place a new, separate order instead.

• Pre-orders: Orders containing pre-order items ship only once all pre-order items arrive at the warehouse (Direct Shipping option only).

• Cancellations: Orders can't be canceled for change of mind, except for sold-out items.

• Sold-out items: Refunded to your original payment method.

• Lost packages: Compensation is provided only if the carrier confirms the loss, per their policy.

• Returned packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed pickup, Ontact Korea isn't responsible. Reshipping is available on request, but the buyer covers the new shipping cost.
