[EU] Temporary Suspension of EMS / K-PACKET Shipping to Europe

Starting July 1, 2026, the European Union (EU) will implement changes to its import customs clearance and tariff policies.

Under the new regulations, additional duties and revised customs procedures may apply even to low-value goods shipped from non-EU countries. At present, the implementation status of postal and customs systems varies by country and remains unstable.

As a result, there is an increased risk of shipping delays and returned parcels. To ensure the safe delivery of our customers' packages, we will temporarily suspend EMS and K-PACKET shipments to EU destinations.

Affected Services

• EMS shipments to EU countries
• K-PACKET shipments to EU countries

This doesn’t affect FedEx and UPS shipments.

Suspension Period

From June 24th, 2026 to June 29th, 2026

Expected Resumption Date

June 30, 2026

Orders destined for EU countries that are currently awaiting payment or have already been paid will be shipped sequentially starting June 30. Please note that even after shipping services resume, changes to customs regulations in individual countries may result in additional taxes, customs clearance delays, or requests for recipient information.
